Do you travel?

We sure do! We are based in Sydney, located in the Sutherland Shire. We travel to Wollongong Areas, Southern Highlands, Blue Mountains and the Central Coast. We do have a transport fee which is calculated to the location of the event - factors will include travel time, tolls & parking (if meter parking is required)

How much notice do you require?

We require a minimum of 4 days notice for all orders. However, this does not mean that your date will be available. We recommend securing a booking as soon as you have have a set date locked in.

How do I secure a booking?

To secure a booking, I require a 50% deposit. Once this deposit has been received the date is then secure. The remaining balance is then due 7 days prior to the event date. To make a booking please fill out the booking form.

Do you provide the table?

We do not provide the table. You provide the table and we cover the rest! If you are in need of a nice table, we do offer Trestle Table Hire.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

We cater to any food allergies, dietary requirements and food dislikes. Please note there may be additional charges.

How does the food stay fresh and cool?

The food and produce is kept cool during transportation to the venue/location of the event. The table/s must be placed in a cool area, away from any direct sunlight. The Grazing Table can be left out for 4 hours for your guests to feast on, and then it must be disposed of.

Do you dispose of the food after the event?

The Grazing Folk is not responsible for the removal and disposal of food waste after the event. If you would like a ‘clean up service’, please add this into the ‘special requests’ section when filling out a booking form.

Do you supply napkins, cutlery and plates?

The Grazing Folk supply eco-friendly napkins with all Grazing Tables. We do not supply the cutlery or plates.

We do offer Eco-Friendly Cutlery and Bamboo Plates at an additional cost.

Are you insured?

Yes, The Grazing Folk is fully insured. We also have current food hygiene and health and safety requirements.
